You will then be taken to a page where you will be required to enter the following information to retrieve your User name as shown in the image below:

- Social Security Number
- Case Number

If you have forgotten the Your Texas Benefits account Password, we can help. To retrieve your password, visit the Your Texas Benefits website, click on the “Log In” link on the page – and click on the “Forgot password?” link. You will then be taken to a page where you will be required to enter your User name to retrieve your Password as shown in the image below.
