3. Enter your Personal Information

Once you click the link, you will be taken to a new page. You will be asked to enter your personal information for your account. Please provide the following:

  • First Name
  • Middle Name
  • Last Name
  • Suffix
  • Date of Birth
  • Social Security Number (SSN)

When complete, click “Save and Continue.”

4. Enter your Contact Information

On the next page, you will be asked to enter your contact information including your phone number and email address. Continue by completing the requested information. When complete, click the “Save and Continue” button.

4. Create your Username and Password

Next, setup your Username and Password for your Kansas DCF account. Your Username is not case sensitive. Also, you are allowed to use up to 30 characters, but no special characters.

For your Password, you must have at least eight characters with at least one uppercase, lowercase, number and special character. You will be asked to confirm the spelling of your Password for verification.

Once you have successfully created your Username and Password, you will automatically be logged into your Kansas DCF online account.

Yes, you can save your application by clicking the “Save and Continue” button on the application. If you exit the application before you are finished, you can return to the application by clicking the ‘continue saved application’ link in the Apply for Benefits section of your account.

How do I upload documents to my account?

You can upload documents by clicking on the ‘View/Upload my Documents’ link in the Access My Benefits section of your Kansas DCF account.

How do I view my notices?

Click on the ‘View notices’ link in the Access my Benefits section of your Kansas DCF account. Please note, you must be signed in to view notices. They are only viewable for 14 months.

Where can I get information about my case?
