Wyoming SNAP EBT Cardholders can expect to receive their extra food stamp benefits on a staggered basis between February 2, 2021 and February 5, 2021. Emergency Allotment benefits will be issued in the following order:

  • A-D will be sent February 2, 2021
  • E-K will be sent February 3, 2021
  • L-R will be sent February 4, 2021
  • S-Z will be sent February 5, 2021

Benefits will be available for use on the Wyoming EBT Card the following business-day.

Are new Wyoming SNAP recipients eligible for Emergency Allotment?

Yes, any new Wyoming SNAP recipients approved during February will receive Emergency Allotment SNAP benefits. New Wyoming SNAP recipients will receive their Emergency Allotment on their EBT Card two-business days after they are approved.

P-EBT Benefit Increase & Expansion

As of January 22, 2021, the Biden Administration passed a law to increase Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) benefits by 15% to help fight childhood hunger.

Previously, the P-EBT program was capped at $5.86 per child per school day. In addition, many households have had issues claiming their P-EBT benefits. The 15% increase to the P-EBT Program will tackle the problem of food insecurity among children during the school year.
