How to Create OK DHS Live Account
If you are trying to create an Oklahoma DHS Live account to access your benefits, follow the steps provided below.
1. Access the OKDHSLive.org Website
The first step when creating into your Oklahoma DHS account is to visit the OK DHS Live website. The website can be found at www.okdhslive.org.
Once on the site, click the “Log In” link located at the top-right of the page. For help, please refer to the screenshot below.
2. Create your Account
Once you click the “Log In” link, you will be taken to the OKDHSLive.org Login Page. Next, click the “Create a User ID and Password” link below the login portal to create your account.

3. Enter your Personal Information
Once you click the “Create a User ID and Password” link, you will be taken to a new page. Proceed by entering your personal information, including:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Email Address
Your email address will be used as your account User ID.
4. Create your Password
Next, create your account password. Your password must be 8-20 characters and contain both letters and numbers. For help, please refer to the screenshot below.
5. Setup Security Questions
The last thing you need to do to create your OKDHSLive.org account is to set your security questions. Use the dropdown menu to select a question, then provide an answer. These will be used to reset your account password if you forget it.
Once complete, click the “Submit” button and login your OK DHS Live account. You can now proceed to apply, access, update, change, or renew your Oklahoma benefits.
