  • Social Security numbers for each member of your household
  • Verification of all income received by your household for the last 30 days
  • Expenses paid by your household (i.e. shelter and utility costs, child care, child support, medical bills)

Step 4 – Oklahoma EBT Card

If you’ve made it to this step, then that means you’ve been approved to receive SNAP benefits in the state of Oklahoma! You’ll be receiving your debit-like EBT card in the mail within a few days. Be sure to set up your 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) once your EBT card is received in the mail. Do not share this number with anyone.
